Standing applause for what only Sarah Burton can beautifully still pull off look after look. I can't hide I'm a huge fan, as Ive written before in tears, Alexander knew he was leaving his fashion house in great hands when he chose to say adieu, respectfully. From puffy sleeves, to flouncy to pleated wing sleeves or butterfly. From leather & lace fusion to color block tailored suiting and great new hobo handbags to smoothe golden egg clutch, Sarah confirms there is great hope for a positive future so our outloook should remain peaceful, caring, loving.

Everything is so wearable, but still a piece of (fashion) art. I love that the women are looking so strong, but can still be feminine and sexy - if they want to - at the same time. This collection combines so many fabrics and structures, but is still cohesive. The cuts are so versatile and genious. Love it! Simply great design!

Season after season mcqueen has been showing impeccable tailoring particularly their suits. ♡
I’ve said it every season and I’ll say it again this one- The McQueen brand has been completely robbed of its character and edge now that it is carried by Sarah Burton. The clothes are always pretty- but devoid of poetry, meaningful beauty, art and drama. Just a shell of what “McQueen” is- Merely a scratch upon the surface of what it once was/ could / should be. UGH it breaks my heart every time all over again because it reminds me that he is gone and he will never be back to share his mind with us. I am so happy I was alive while he was. I don’t mean to talk badly about Sarah... I feel bad for doing that- but I LOVED + still do love lee so very much. He is and always will be one of my greatest inspirations.
KILYO Sarah is doing a wonderful Job trying to keep the feeling of Lee alive, but I agree. I miss the emotions and drama his runways once gave me. No one will ever live up to it

I missed the old McQueen, the extravagant show stopper and purely shocking but yet beautifully setting.
That’s the McQueen history.
Now it’s just tailor made clothes and evening dresses, which the younger generation won’t recognise the brand is once the king of show stopper and an inspiration to all.
Modern,wearable and refined. I love Sarah's aesthetic,I feel sorry for those stuck in the past wanting costume-like clothes back that make women look like clowns. She makes feminine but strong pieces.

I wish people would just give it a rest! Lee Alexander McQueen is dead. Sarah Burton is doing an awe inspiring job keeping his memory and legacy alive but also stamping her own mark on to the label. The clothes are beautiful and feminine and modern and very wearable! Modern women I am sure love it too. It may not have McQuuen's theatricality but the clothes are truely sublime. I just wish The Queens would just stop being so critical and bitchy. Get over yourselves Lee Alexander McQueens spirit lives on in Sarah Burton and forward she goes on.
