It's only because they wanted to use that specific audio because they were following the X Factor journey theme to introduce them during this tour. They had voiceovers from times the judges giving them comments throughout X Factor as the girls walked to the stage. Then the audio they used to announce each of the girls was the audio from X Factor bootcamp when the X Factor producer called each girl back to the stage where they were subsequently formed into a group. At that early point in time the X Factor people (at least some of them) didn't know how to pronounce her name yet. But they wanted to use that audio for this first tour to keep with the theme and since it was their names being called on that day that changed everything for them. But yeah, it is annoying that the producer way back in July of 2012 got her name wrong because then it had to be wrong all summer long a year later when they toured and used that audio.
