Dear Helen , im 34 and my skin is prone to acne. my cosmetologist was treating it with propolis and oat milk creams, which was always working. after your videos i started using Esthederm propolis products on face and neck. new pimples started showing on my skin after these ferulic acid cream and propolis zink toner , but not on my neck. Can it be allergy - reaction to creams only on face and not on neck ?? Thank you
