Will it automatically shutdown when one battery is full ??
Yes, it will stop charging each battery when it is fully charged.
Can any of these smart chargers export charging data to a file? So i can keep track of life of my cells.

Edit, XTAR VP4 Dragon apparently saves data, but only to device so there's that. Cheers!
