    In today's video I am talking about the few ways that I overcome having gym anxiety. Gym anxiety is a HUGE problem that a lot of new gym goers face.       I’m sorry to hear that. It takes a lot of time and patience to work through the anxiety but it’s worth it in the end ☀️. Find ways to expose yourself slowly to it until you slowly start becoming more comfortable with it and then from there you can push it farther.

    I’ve driven to the gym and couldn’t even get the courage to go in, and drove home. 😩

    From one Nole to another.......it's sad to say but our current culture is so self conscious thanks to social media and the "selfie" world, that people are over critical of themselves for no reason.
