I was a loner all my adult life. It’s still hard to find people who are interesting and who I really connect with but now that I’m older I experience loneliness. It’s sad and I’m trying to change but I live in a shallow, superficial place. Hope the changes I’m making will enrich my life. I will always need time to myself but I’d like to have more friends in my life.

This one hits a spot for me. In my experience I learnt that self sabotage has so much to do with fear, and fear really is a mind killer. A few years of regular meditation have been an essential part of my journey in conquering some fears and insecurities. Thank you for the share

Just my personal opinion, but as a person of faith I’m a Christian and I don’t read the secret or read cards btw I’m not sure what those cards were exactly. I do study my Bible which is a must daily. I must put God first or else everything else falls apart. Anyways great video as always! God bless

That's interesting... I'm a non-denominational Christian and I've been reading cards for 20 years. I enjoyed reading 'The secret', but found the documentary and online community culty, just like a lot of religious denominations. My relationship with God is a very personal one. You should read about King James (king James bible), you'll be surprised to find out the shocking things he did and the type of person he was.
