The know how phrase got to me and this is why I love America 🇺🇸, in the states people get trained for every job they are being offered ,being in the classroom or on the job sites, even if you are a drop out with or without a skill you still find a job that suits you, we need to give our youth a lot of motivation and make them believe that it is possible it doesn't matter where you start from or where you go, we can still make it when we are given the right tools and lots of hope for the future.
