Very interesting video and thank you for posting it. I'm a happily married man and I guess I've been completely oblivious to these signs that a woman is into you. I'm very friendly and gregarious so I always meet lots of new people and friends. For years I wondered why my wife disliked my neighbor's wife so much and I just figured it was some kind of 'female' thing. My wife heaved a huge sigh of relief when the neighbors moved away and told me she was happy to see them leave. I was surprised because we had always had a good relationship with them and they were good neighbors, so I asked my wife why was she so happy to see them leave?
"Because she was obviously after you!" was her answer. Wait! What? Huh? I never picked up on that. Well, I was wrong. After watching this video I realize I was getting a full on 10 of 11 signs from her....all but the touching one.

Me, a woman, who has a crush, still doesn't do some of these. Like I tend to avoid eye contact cause eye contact feels like he's staring right through my soul. Also crossing my arms is because I'm nervous.
This video actually helped better than most articles. It was a really well done video with excellent presentation of each topic. The problem is that based on what I've read/seen here/seen with her, I still can't tell at all what she's trying to say to me. Plus, it doesn't help that she's got a boyfriend who she's serious with so that keeps holding me back from pushing forward. And then she's a co-worker, so risk is a bit higher with the fall back.

Second of all. That sounds like a pretty tough spot to be in, man. A coworker with a boyfriend is like double trouble. If body language isn't helping you figure out what she's thinking, it might take some actual language. Not that you have to come right out and tell her how you feel - in fact, definitely don't do that - but you should try and push the conversation past small-talk and work-talk so you can really start to figure out what she's thinking.
