I use a set on my adventure bike that were made for ATV's. With heated grips and gloves the temperatures you can ride in with complete comfort are well below freezing. I made a trip of over 500 miles at -5 one day, starting at about 4 am in the dark. They don't look near as nice as those, but they make a huge difference.
Glad you find them good.i used them about 46yrs ago had a Honda CJ 250 T for wrk all yr round. brilliant when there were no heated grips in them days.passed it on to my son who does same.only he nicks my heated gloves aswell now ha ha 👍
I had the Tucano Urbano R319 muffs fitted to my old R1200GS and they worked brilliantly. They had a furr lined inner that extended out halfway up my forearm. They also fitted over the hand protector (not inside) and all the switch gear. In fact, the hand protector gave shape and rigidity to the muff so it couldn't deform as is happening with the neoprene version in the video. If you're a GS rider then I would suggest you look for some R319's as a comparison 👍
I've always said that the thicker your winter gloves the less effective your heated grips are. With these you can wear suitable gloves to let the heat reach your hands. Nice one! 👍
No muff too tough. Had similar on my old Honda Blackbird with Oxford heated grips, very nice. Haven't fitted them to my K1300S as I think the BMW heated grips are fantastic, well that and the fact I just haven't got round to it. Same make their stuff is all round very well made👍🏻
Just got some delivered today. Tried fitting and got massively annoyed with the instructions. Did you use any of the extra bits (in the video it looks like a no), or just slip them over the grips? Great video. Btw :-)
Definitely worth a try, and they look quite sleek. I've got a bit of an ask now. Sometime, when you're riding home from work, make another 'chat n grumble', like you did a few months ago. You felt like having a grumble, so you did. I don't know what you would find to talk about in the dark, but I'm sure you'll find something. ;)
I agree. Warmth is better than worrying if they look ugly. I have had these for some years and are great to fit and use th-cam.com/video/m5TuRVduk7Q/w-d-xo.html The difference is that these do actually fit over the bark busters handguards, and I can use all the controls on my GSA, without removing my hands from the handlebars.

And, of course, where else would you go for such things in the Winter but NIPPY Normans.
Ok, I'll get my coat.
Thankyou… just ordered a pair for my bike in Australia 👍🏼
Was looking for some that arent enormous and would fit with my givi windbreakers. Thank you so much
Very interesting. Definitely be looking at these. Thank you for the review
They actually look very sleek compared to most variants I've seen.
Thanks for sharing!

Look at that guy wearing boxer's gloves on his GS!

they actually look pretty good, especially with the hand guards.
If you ride in very low temps they are brilliant, sadly my GSA is tucked up in the garage, -5 here in Northumberland this morning🥶🥶
ours is the same at the moment... on trickle charge and it looks sad in the garage... just want to ride!
They look ideal for my delicate little hands, I may just try a pair. Thanks Mark. 👍👌
Love a nice muff.

Good video Mark
Those look really nice. Unfortunately I can’t seem to find a source in the USA. 🙁
Thanks

I bought these for an 07 r1200gs...my advice is dont.....buy a r1200gs lc and fit the muffs to that coz they really dont fit the old ones😠🏍️😭
Do they close right up,for when you leave the bike and it rains. Would want it full of water or frost
They have a draw cord that can close them off. Ride safe.

Do they fit on any scooters?
you might have to check to make sure but with a little jiggery pokery, you may be able to get them to fit
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
