And California has such a huge coast ,but they are too busy paying for sex change operations instead of making these. Back in 2000 I remember the Governor was asked why they don’t build them and he said it would take 10 years to get one operating (well that’s 25 years ago) AND the Greenie environmentalists have stopped them building since then saying it will hurt some fish.
