Just when I thought most of EDM artists these day are lack of creative or fall into mainstreams demand and lost of their originality, seven lions comes and prove me that I'm wrong. Listening to his song make me wonder, is this trance? dubstep? Chill? But they're all blend together so magnificently well! This man is a genius!

I don't know if you're looking specifically for stuff just from seven lions or not but Voltage by Skrillex is similar to Cosmic Love kind of in the sense that it starts with the melody, goes into the vocals, and has a pretty intense drop. Skrillex has lots of songs like that and is really good at taking a really beautiful melody and building it up to an insane drop, like in Voltage.

By melodic, I guess I mean dubstep that has distinct melodies and scales in it rather than just the dubstep that uses like 3 or 4 tones with some interesting rhythm. I don't know the exact terminology, but "All Alone", "Cosmic Love", "Great Divide", and "Still With Me" are the best examples I can think of for the sound I am looking for. They have a Lighter feeling to them with EPIC bass and rhythm. I prefer them over songs like "Ommi - Sabretooth" which are really dark and sound angry.

oh ok i see like you want a song that has a dubstep/electro style drop that still has the intro melody in it? it's kind of hard to think of one because every time I think of a song it's a house track, which are basically all the same melody throughout.
yea, I searched through most of his stuff, I love "on my way to heaven".... the song "days to come" is not really my taste, just a little bit slow for me. right now on my phone I have: "Isis" - "All I know" - "Satellite" - "Cosmic Love" - "All Alone" - "Great Divide" - "Still With Me" - "On my way to Heaven" I love all of those songs but I need MORE!!!("all I know" and "satellite" are at the bottom of the list)
