Hey doc! Would you recommend them for a 2:55:00 marathon? Currently deciding which will be my next shoes, I already have 100 km with the Flame 3.0, using them just for track sessions and a 5km race last weekend. They have performed so well, but I'm not so sure as to use them for 21K or full marathon.
Nice review. I'm waiting for your Plaid 1.5 review next. Also, I would like to ask this, in your opinion please rank this from first to last, Furious 2, Flame 3, Flame 3.5, and Plaid pro? Thanks!
Great follow-up from the previous video. Will you possibly try the 361 furious et in the future? I guess it is like a trainer version or short run version of the furious 2.0.
Enjoyed watching your full review. Will you be getting the Furious Future 1 or 1.5 in the future? I think this shoe is even better but I noticed the price in the upcoming sale has gone up.
Yeah, they did go up a little. And I will be reviewing it too. I bought it (Furious future 1.5) with the plaid 1.5 in the last sell at very good prices. Will arrive within a week I believe.
@@drcyume I'm looking forward to your review on Furious Future 1.5. The xtep 160x 6.0 pro and the new BMAI Carbon 3 (currently unavailable) shoes are two I'm interested in but they aren't much cheaper than buying Western brands even with the current sales. I might give them a try next year if they aren't too expensive. I also want to try the new Mizuno Wave Rebellion Low and Pro 3 shoes too but I only have 2 feet and a limited budget. 🙂
I don't like so long distance. Can you give advise about models fo 800m, 1 km and 5 km for hard surface. I have seen your top video and think about Adidas adistar 3
I currently run 5 km in 20 minutes. Will switching to carbon plate running shoes increase my speed? If yes, how much time will I save? Because I currently use the Winflow 10 and am now thinking of getting the Boston 12.
@@drcyume I have just done a threshold session in these. I am very impressed. They have a high level of bounce. The rocker is very aggressive and transitions you to toe off quicker than any other shoe I have tried to date (a lot of shoes!). In the black Friday sales these have been available for as little as £79 on Ali express. That is crazy value for money.

These are faster than the flames for sure. Significantly so from my own experience. But no so stable especially for heel strikers.
And I have done 32km in them too. Awesome run for me, very fast.
@@drcyumewhat’s more stable? This one or Plaid 1.5?
love the review
Thank you
okay i will stay away myself to that shoes, because i have an TORN MCL 😂, thank you for your honest review❤ i will probably go with the flame 3.5
Yeah.

Will look out for that.
Finally, a review of these shoes. Which other shoes are these shoes similar to the most?
Closest will be the Adios pro 3. Similar kind of cushion and upper.

@@dreamcatcherfan1382 Yeah, some of them are quite expensive these days.

For hard surface you need a good cushion so the Adistar is great. If you want lighter and faster consider the Adizero SL 2 for affordable options.
Which do you prefer, these or the Qiaodan Plaid?
Qiaodan plaid for sure. It has an edge in energy return and stability.
But Plaid is also more expensive.
Is this better than the flame 3 ?
@@deljackson4690 Sure
qiaodan plaid 1.5 or this 361?
Same question

Carbon plated shoes will definitely increase your pace. Boston 12 is actually very good. Also consider flame 3.5.
Your pace is very fast. If you go for the premium racers they get you to 18mins or less, like vaporfly, alphafly, or qiaodan plaid pro.
do you race?
Yeah. But not very elite yet.
Can you compare it to Qiaodan Plaid 1.5?
Sure. Getting my 1.5 within a week.
Is it true to size?
Yes
I just got my pair of these😊
Awesome! Please let us know how they perform.

@@gnarly8888 Awesome!
And I should add that the outsole grips strongly in damp conditions too.
@@gnarly8888 Thanks for the update. that's what a lot of people want to know. You know I run mostly in dry dessert conditions.
