I watch Nmixx’s episodes so often but something about Bae’s episode fills me with so much joy. Her vibrant energy is so infectious. Her unique vocal tone is also so satisfying.

JYP Entertainment is known for valuing the intangible "it" factor and star potential over any other aspect, at least in the beginning phases. they'd rather train someone with no skills but an innate aura over someone already skilled but with zero charisma. (keep in mind street casting doesnt mean you already got in, it just means you're chosen for an easier audition over having to go in during audition season and compete with a bunch of other people. Haewon, for example, had to do the latter and beat out 10,000 other auditioners for her entry into the company.)
