I feel like I’m turning your comment section into a personal chat but I can relate with so much of what is being said. Indonesia calling in visa cost $1650 now. I know because I work right around the corner in Timor-Leste. And due to this exorbitant visa fee, I’ve literally paid double to get to work from Nigeria in terms of flight time (3 days to 4 days) and cost ($4000 above for one way).

Having steady and regular income, while maintaining a certain minimum balance makes your finances look good on paper. If someone looks at your bank statement, they can clearly tell how much you make and how much you spend - and the ratio is balanced.
Me travelling to the St Vincent and the Grenadines, in the Caribbean for school. I did what I called World Tour.. First flight ever. Worse experience too. Flew from Nigeria to Abu Dhabi Abu Dhabi to Brazil Brazil to Panama Panama to Grenada Grenada to St Vincent. Took like 5 whole ass days. That Abu Dhabi to Brazil was 14hrs. I wanted to die 🤣 This was far far back then ooo
The most interesting part was that we were held in Brazil (I was travelling in a group of 13 scholarship students) They held us in a cold, bright empty room with other "prisoners" and didn't release us for 5 days. They said to leave, we would have to book a flight but they refused to let us book at the counter or book it on our behalf. What was our crime? Some people in the group had put their admission letter inside their checked baggage and thus they labelled us "Traffickers" I still have PTSD from Brazil. Trust me, this tayo guys is been hypocritical. He love nigeria but he went outside nigeria to get a foreign passport. U should have stick to nigerian passport. I dislike an average nigerian hypocrisy.
Unfortunately, I felt the same way when I saw his video with the new passport. It felt like another rising Nigerian flag flyer drowning the country. It's the same for most Nigerians who talk so much about loving their country but arent willing to stick out in the challenging times to build the country of our dreams.
