I wish they would just stick with Mckissock as libero. She is SO MUCH BETTER than Cerame. Looking at the 3 DS/L from best to worst is Mckissock, Fischer, and then Cerame.
To people commenting on why isn't Paige playing, I am with you. She isn't injured she is just not getting the start. They are playing Ceasar and Hall as the outsides. Personally, I think that and should be playing. Paige should ATLEAST be playing back row and if you disagree about that, you are incorrect. Numbers don't lie. She is the best passer, Florida's best server, and a very smart hitter. Florida is going the power and unfortunately is completely unbalanced. If they played a team like Stanford, Nebraska, Wisconsin, they won't stand a chance.
I am hopeful they will get her starting soon and maybe it is just because it is the beginning of the season (and this fall season doesn't really matter).
Last season they were beat by all ranked teams in top 10. They lost to Stanford, Minnesota, Kentucky twice . They didn’t have the fire power last season. NOW THEY DO. I think having ceaser and hall in the front and maybe paige in the back could work.
@@deonteclarke I respect your opinion. But I do feel that last season's trouble was not completely due to a lack of fire power. Holly on the right side is great, good blocking, middles could use some work, but I still feel as though paige is better in the front row with THIS team than Thayer. Ceasar along with these new middles and Holly, not to mention the new defense with Mckissock, I feel that is plenty of heat and would be better off going with the smarter hitter in Hammons to give them a different look.
Florida didn't have a rocket last year, now they do. They need more production from the middle though. I think Hammonds isn't getting the start because they have enough littles to cover their back row and Ceasar's passing has been pretty consistent so far, good enough to not sub her out regularly. Paige has subbed in a few times so far this season but not as consistently as we'd like to see. I don't blame Mary though.
@@Jay-ox3oy Well they had Thayer Hall last year, so it sounds like you can agree Thayer isn't that huge player like Plummer for Stanford, Presley for Baylor, etc. In my opinion, Florida would benefit more from playing Paige and Ceasar instead of Thayer and Ceasar, since Ceasar is the huge arm. Paige will give a good mix to the offense and again, has far better passing than either Thayer or Ceasar (and serving). When you have Ceasar ripping it, it is more beneficial to have a smart hitter like Paige than another hitter who hits hard, but not as hard as Ceasar. But I do agree that Florida's littles are doing a better job this year. Mckissock is a GREAT addition.
I have a question, so when the other team is about to serve and everyone is in there position ready for the serve , where do the front row ppl stand , I seen 2 ppl in the front row behind each other in the middle , I seen 3 ppl in the front row close together middle , so where do you stand if you in the front row or you choose where to stand or?
