Yay for you! I really appreciate that you made that simple and stated that it was easy. So many people talk about how hard they are and I was intimidated to try. But now I am jazzed to try it. I’ll be ordering some supplies through your links. Thank you for sharing.
Love it! I have my first burst in progress. I trying to figure out how I want to put it on the cup ( Wet Method or how you did it, by rolling) & the glitter colors ( Which I think is the 2nd hardest!)
@@madebymal_studio after watching this I ordered some of those adhesive sheets you used and they are really nice. I did my first burst and it turned out good.
I love your ice cream burst, your colors are so vibrant! I just finished my very 1st one! It was "dog paws" but I used some Holographic Glitter and it didn't come out as vibrant as I would have liked. I used a trick I had seen after I cut my design on the cat scratch paper I applied that to a piece of vinyl which gave it stability and glittered off my cup. Then applied it to my tumbler. I think if I would have used white vinyl it would have been much better. I am also going to try the same doubled sided tape you used 😊💜💜💜
Very cute! I wanted to attempt making a burst pattern yesterday and got stumped because cricut doesn’t allow the cut pattern to fill the page with it’s measurement restrictions. How do you avoid that??
Everything I've seen/read says to go dark to light with colours but I noticed you didn't. It didn't look like it on the video, but did you have any issues with colour contamination? I have a cup ready to start, put the tape wrap thing on yesterday but it's daunting.
I didn’t really have any issues with contamination, but I do think it’s better to go dark to light - just in case. I’ll go darkest to lightest for the next bursts I do for sure. Just wasn’t thinking about it with this one!
The template I bought was sized for a 20 oz skinny. So I just used the dimensions of the template. Exact dimensions will depend on the brand of tumbler you’re using!
I am in love with what you did with this!!! As always, you made it yours.
Thank you so much Kathy!
Adorable summer Fun Cup ❤❤❤

How fun! I designed a couple of burst patterns but haven’t tested them yet. One was also ice cream cones the other was donuts! 😋

Super cute! I have a package of their shape tape but I've been scared to try it. Gonna have to pull it out and give it a try!
Yesss! Go for it gal! ❤️❤️

Thank you! That’s a great trick! And I definitely want to do a dog paw one as well ❤️
So cute. I am going to work on one, but it’s so hard to decide on a color pattern. 🤔
Thank you! I feel you on that! I don’t think you can go wrong though. IMO all glitter looks good together 🤣💖
Very cute! I wanted to attempt making a burst pattern yesterday and got stumped because cricut doesn’t allow the cut pattern to fill the page with it’s measurement restrictions. How do you avoid that??
I didn’t have any issues with sizing because my cup is smaller than 12x12. I didn’t do print and cut, just a regular cut.

Where do you get these burst templates? Etsy? I wanna do a Halloween one!!
Yes! Etsy 😊
@@madebymal_studio okay thank ya!! 🙃
