gpa, (in the real world, they train you - but assess your thinking skills, work ethic), also in your country, it might matter too)
find sponsor - this is the key!
go for internship - doesn't matter whether it's a big company or small and mid sized business
career development office ( they are not on your side - barns and noble)
utilize alumni network from your school
korea situation - if your country cares for the brand popularity, you might in trouble
