I submitted my Canada application on 6th October and was refused us visa on 19 October will it affect my Canada decision because i had previously said I had no visa refusal when filling the Canadian visa which was true at that time
I am sorry to hear about your US visa refusal. Visa officers have access to US visa information. They will not blame you for misrepresentation if that's what you're worried about as the information you shared was true when you applied.

@@zaidanmohammed5619biometrics is not done by IRCC, it's a third party. Their job is not to ask visa related questions or advice on visas or immigration.
Do visa officers review previously refused study permits before making a decision on the current application? The reason for refusing my previous application doesnt apply to me. I dont know where the visa officer got it from...and i dont want it to affect my next application

Last 5th October, my eligibility review started and back than i didn’t get any update. Please give me some advice/hope that should i wait or withdraw my application.

My husband and I applied for a Canadian visitor visa together. My husband is a primary applicant. He showed 6 month bank statement of 33k canadian dollars. We are invited by my uncle in Canada while we are funding our trip not our uncle. My husband got the visa approval a week ago (even though the person who sent the invite is my uncle, not his), while my application is still in progress (eligibility completed), but i haven't received a passport request yet. Can u please tell me what my chances are for visa approval?
Hello sir, I have lodge my file on 21st Aug in sds fresh case with overall 6.5 and 5.5 in one module. Biometrics completed and updated same day on 25th Aug. But till now medical is not updated, eligibility review not started and there's no decision till now only background verification check is in progress. So when can i expect my decision? What will be the reason for delay for my application? Because somany people are getting their PPR's in 20-25 days max 30 days.

@@TanujChopra-zh4qj if you have an overall score of over 6, you can also apply under SDS as long as you meet other requirements. Score will not be the reason for rejection but proof of finances, ties, study plan, etc can be a reason. Good luck. For further queries please schedule a call.

Yes you are eligible to apply for a study permit.
