If my nationality needs a visa, but im travelling with my wife who is eu citizen, do i need to apply for visa or i can come with her without visa? For tourism
Hi, very informative video thank you for posting. However I have a question, me and my fiancee who is a French national and I a uk citizen, are due to marry next month in France. I then will book an appointment for the spouse visa, and I correct in assuming once i have completed the interview for the spouse visa and it is in process, am I then able to travel to France whilst waitong fpr the visa to be processed? Even if i were to run over the 90 day limit? Thankyou
Hi, Me and my dad we are British citizen but my step mum she has Bangladeshi passport but has a brp card to stay in the UK. As a family we wanted to go France for tourists. Would she need a Schengen visa? If so her husband will help financially, what will be needed document wise?
Please advise if you can - I am EU citizen, willing to move to France from UK with my British spouse and 5 British children. Can we apply for residence card for them before coming to France or only once we are all here? Many thanks
Thank you for your response. May I also ask - does French government recognise cohabitation relationships or only marriages and civil partnerships? We have been together for 11 years and have 5 children together. Just wondering should we get married before we move?
@@sssaul19 I don't think marriage is necessary, you have to prove you're in an authentic relationship, I believe proving you've been living together for years is more than enough. You can prove that by showing bills, contracts, etc.

If you are moving to France with your French spouse, you will need to apply for a spousal visa before arriving in France. While nothing will stop you from travelling to France with your spouse under the 90/180 day rule, you will not be able to apply for the applicable visa from within the country. Family member of EU citizen visa fee zero. No fee. This is mistake in information

Generally no. Your spouse will enter as a tourist and then register with the local authorities, in person.
