Hi! I just wanna tell you how i fixed this problem (Windows 8.1), so first i shut it down a few times until the task manager showed up, then i refreshed my pc, it took a while but it was for sure worth it!
Im waiting but the laptop turn off by itself and never back on ever again until you do it manually and then error message appear..

My case was the ethernet cable! must be something to do with disconnecting as its happening so you have to just reset it.
