I do think they need to add mana to a few more items. Doesn't necessarily need to be out of lost chapter, but atm theres pretty much just 3 items to start with so it's like the mythic system never went away because itemization revolves around those items now on mages at leasst
oh that movementspeed fact is pretty sad because i remember it was possible back a long time ago with Nami E to slow so they have 0 movementspeed. I went full AP on Nami and had like 1600 AP (good old items...) and it slowed champions so much they just stood still.
AP twitch back in the early days was one of my favorite builds. I used to rush Malady in the bot lane and as soon as I had it would run mid and kill the enemy mid laner. I long for simpler times like that again
25:56 Passive counts as an ability in lol (think of Brand P proccing Liandry's), but only if it does damage that's considered ability damage. Generally, spell damage, area damage and DoT damage are considered ability damage, but rare exceptions exist both ways with that. And sadly, even if it's DoT from an ability, Twitch's P is set to do default damage for some reason. So, it _should_ work, but is set *_not_* to. Edit: And on further thought, it's even weirder as it's default damage, but works like DoT damage anyway, like for example not interrupting sleep like seen in this vid.
And yeah, new HFocus doesn't work on Twitch. Only the cask procs it and only upon landing, if it works like other abilities like that, though Twitch's kit is such spaghetti code that I can't really say anything for sure.

just wanna be clear but you dont need to do magic damage to proc liandry - you need to do /ability damage./ Thats why liandry ashe for example, is able to exist. It procs off of Ashe W, because Ashe W is considered "ability" type damage.

According to the wiki: duskblade, horizon focus, evenshroud and navori apply their corresponding amp to true damage. 42:40 It did 310 instead of 256 thats only 54 extra damage per second at fullbuild and fullstacks. Its still good probably last item but i would go stormsurge and ludens companion over Horizon Focus Riftmaker any day
Highly recommend doing this as a support too. Some people go the support item that works like crown of the shattered queen, but i would try bloodsong. Makes the burst even better
Really interesting commentary on new AP Twitch. I'm already an OTP, I play both AP and AD. But the new Shadowflame seems really interesting. Also with the removal of Crown, I think Seraph's could be a good item. I will experiment with Malignance, there might niche cases where it's good. Unfortunately I think Shadowflame will be nerfed within a patch or two, so I'm going to grind ranked as soon as the season starts

Every mage item should give mana, it's a given for mage champs, all it does is breach the gap further for champs that don't need mana... So Katarina again can build whatever. Akali also, and champs like galio with barely any mana issues are fine, then champs that need mana are just auffering

At the end you were looking at true damage dealt in general, like minion, monster and champs. true damage to champs is the 4th sub options down.

But liandrys is only triggered by magic damage so even if it was not set to be default and instead dot damage it wouldn’t trigger it.
