Mere hisab se ek baar passage fast speed se padh lo.....fir ap jab ques pdhoge to idea ho jayega ki ye baat kha likhi hai...
Isse ques do baar nhi padhna padega or aage peeche karne ka time b bachega.....
But what he hinted at will actually be more efficient than what you’ve suggested. Reading questions first will get you know the soul of passage. While in your suggestion you read the passage twice, in his tip you read only the questions twice. Hope it help you get insight into this mystery.
