Sure, Cap can stop a blow from a near infinitely dense hammer wielded by an Asgardian deity, but he has psuedo-scientific magic shield that completely absorbs and disperses kinetic energy. He can run incredibly quickly and ostensibly forever because his body heals so quickly and purges toxins at such a high rate that he presumably never suffers from musculature damage or a buildup of lactic acid. But generating enough force with just the muscles in your upper torso to counteract an engine capable of lifting a chopper weighing several tons, and curling said several ton chopper into a building, is so far beyond the bounds of human capability that if that isn't superhuman, nothing is. I highly doubt that the ten strongest men on our Earth could replicate that working together
The Hulk is supposed to be 8’’4 in his regular forms as he transformed from Bruce Banner but the madder and angrier he get’s the bigger and stronger he became and they never established à limits to him in is solo movie you can clearly see it happening at the end of the movie he’s fighting with Abomination and he’s kinda stabbing him with the claws he ad on his elbows it shows the Abomination handling the Hulk and pushing him in to the wall you see the Hulk gets piss off and growing bigger than Abomination then he grabs Abomination by the wrists and tossed him like a dolls 👍👍👍
