Good video and good choices. I am just a home DIYer but I do appreciate good tools. In no particular order, Channellock, Knipex and Klein are my favorites. Like you, I do keep lesser tools in my cars because if I somehow lose them I don't care. I heae those little bolt cutters you showed here. They are really handy.
Very good option. I had a pair like 10 years ago and I think i lost them and never ended up getting another pair. If i ever have an issue with one of these thats most likely what I will get
I do like the hammer and anvil style blades the Channel Lock uses. I have that pair. But I'm looking at getting a pair of Tsunoda high leverage 6" with comfort grips to try out. I just recently got the same style of needle-nose pliers, and they're nicely made, so I figured why not get the matching cutters, too.
Totally surprised you didn't include a pair of Klein D2000's. They're my go too at work. Have a smaller pair of Fujiya's that I love as well. All of your selections are rock solid. Nice range from budget to expensive.
Ya i had some kleins maybe 10 years ago and they were great but never ended up getting another pair. If anything ever happens to one of these that will probably be what I pick up. Thank you. Glad you enjoyed
Klein for curved and Tsunoda for straight. Can’t stand the Marvel handles, and I rocked some Knipex for a couple years, but the tips are not “pointy” enough for me.
Hello again, Tony Thank you for another Great Video 👍 Question for you. Other than the bolt cutters. Which cutter offers the best leverage for cutting? Happy 2025 to you and your family. Again thank you 👌
Besides bolt cutters and diagonal side cutters I think the next one i would lean towards are Lineman pliers. Unless you have a specific thing your trying to use them for. Then that might determine what would be best. Thank you. Have a great week!!

Very nice. Glad to hear it. Thanks for sharing what you enjoy using. 👍
Klein, in my opinion, makes the best side cutters. Their heavy duty ones with comfort grips are the top of the line.

@@TonyTheTechnician Ya, you'll be waiting awhile on those knipex because they are quality. I have the same angled ones with comfort grip.
Good selections. You really can not go wrong with any of these
Thank you!! Agreed 👍
#1 Klein 2000 series
#2 Channellock XLT 338
