Listening to the guild story... I literally played for one week at the start of Mists, and came back when Siege of Org came out, and I still got heroic Garrosh. How could it take you 6 months to get Immerseus down? Like I can't comprehend it. Even if you literally had a cat on your keyboard he's still easy.
Well, to put it in the mentality of their guild: If you put in the rule (that apparently everyone followed) that no outside raiding was allowed, add in members that can't come on a consistent basis, add in dps/tank/healer classes that apparently could wipe to a Target Dummy, you get..... A guild that is wiping on bosses that should be farm, not getting gear for ALL their members (just some), and the only way to fix any of these problems is by raiding with only them. Oh and the bullying probably slowed their progression down to a crawl. It would not surprise me if some of those members had PTSD until they left the guild. Verbal trauma can lead to poor performance, and it sounds like they put up with nearly a year of constant raging.
