Warning Spoiler alert kind of: I just saw the part where Lightning saw all of the news paper adds that Doc kept, and all the flashbacks. It seriously made it emotional to hear that Lightning himself was the best part for Doc. It makes watching this race on the game that much more meaningful and epic since he's wearing the Doc Hudson style paint. Just imagine if the race was like this in the movie 🥲
The thing is that was actually considered. McQueen would've been dropped in favor of Cruz and so to race, Tex would allow him to race for Dinoco as the Fabulous Lightning McQueen. Why the writers scrapped this full-circle moment from Cars 1 is beyond me.

That's cause it's technically us doing the racing. Lightning doesn't gain boosts through tricks and drifts like in the games. Plus I don't think Nitro boosts are legal in actual Nascar racing.

Why do people still want DLC in this game, instead of asking for another Cars game? I much rather want another Cars game than a Cars 4 to be perfectly honest. I see potential for another game, but not another film. I don't care if it's an app, like Fast as Lightning, or a console game, like Cars 2. I just want another full on Cars game. The only substantial difference is that the roster is different (but has terrible "sound a like" voice actors), they changed the tracks and slightly updated the graphics. Why can't they just go back to the original video games style with the open world and whatnot, that works way better

Always stay on 2 wheels to constantly gain turbo. Always use into the zone mode to knock him out. The rest is pretty much luck bro
