Funny enough, in HSR, I notice that Healers/Sustains get more powercrept than DPS. Natasha and FireMC was THE elite sustain combo in 1.0. You run those two together and your team will be solid. Then Luocha happened. But FireMC was still getting uses and Gepard was actually really damn good at Solo Sustain. Then Fu Xuan happened. Some players were holding on to Natasha since they skipped Luocha… Then Lynx happened. Then Huohuo came out and basically killed what remained of Bailu’s relevance. Seele, the very first banner we had, is still pulling off great results in MoC. Seele even performs a tad bit better than Dan Heng IL in the Pure Fiction game mode.
If you like him, build him. I think one of the reasons he was chosen to be the free unit was to boost Imaginary dps on f2p accounts against Swarm disaster, since it seems ppl still have problem with that.

@@Truck-kun11 although I don't know if he is stronger than Daniel or Seele but he does have his niche tho, Follow-up atk + Imaginary and not speed nor enemy dependent like most of the other follow-up attackers (Clara, Blade & March requires to be hit, Jingyuan & Topaz are speed/AV dependent, and xueyi is break stacks dependent) He can deal dmg as frequent as (or more than) Seele, as long as you can inflict more than 3 debuffs on your enemy.

I think they did a great job with him. He's a very well rounded and easier to build character than most due to having so much crit dmg and crit rate built into his kit. Makes like easier for new accounts and even older ones that don't have an Imaginary DPS! I have Daniel so Ratio isn't a priority, but after I'm done with Sparkle pre build and Luocha's, I am deffo building him! :D
If you don't have relics for him, do not farm 4-pc Wastelander. We'll get another relic set next patch that works great with him and doesn't have a condition like having the enemy be imprisioned. "2-Pc: Increases DMG dealt to enemies with debuff by 12%. 4-Pc: Increases CRIT Rate by 4%. The wearer deals 8%/12% increased CRIT DMG to enemies with at least 2/3 debuffs. After the wearer inflicts a debuff on enemy targets, the aforementioned effects increase by 100%, lasting for 1 turn(s)."
@@Fractural if you plan on using Welt with him then Wastelander is still a good option on that team comp, specially if you already have a good set. But the new one give just a tiny bit more of CritDMG and a lil bit less of Crit Rate. Wastlanders give 10% Rate and 20% DMG (while imprisioned). New one gives 8% Rate (2 less) and 24%DMG (4%more). So if you haven't farmed, the new one is more consistent
6:45 You absolutely do not need to stack 6 debuffs on an enemy for this trace, you can accumulate the stacks by attacking a debuffed enemy multiple times. The stacks do not decrease and will remain until the end of the battle (or until you die and get revived, in which case you can start the stacking process again).
@@iceagepenguinrace9788 The crit buffs can stack. You don't have to have 6 debuffs because the buff doesn't go away after. So if you only have three debuffs on an enemy, attack them twice and you'll get 6 stacks.
One unmentioned thing is that his talent Summation is permanent and also stackable, means that you can hit an enemy with 2 debuffs 3 times and still have it maxed. This trace will be maxed until the battle is over
I ran Ratio on a team within Sim Uni the other day following the Elation Path, whose Blessings focus heavily on Follow-Up attacks. Honestly was really enjoyable. The doctor hits like a truck, my goodness! Currently running a two-piece Wastelander + Duke set on him with Salsotto Planar set. Lightcone on him is Swordplay. For Team Comps, I have Welt from starter banner and got SW when her banner was last running, so I can definitely make something out of that.
I see many people commenting that he was given to farm attention for the game , no they are wrong ,As far as stats are showing the game is earning pretty well ruanmei/blade banner earned 25+mill .who is so delusional to think that they need some attention XD like seriously the game won a game of the year award thats why they gave this charecter free as a reward to the community , but no some people's backside is burning that they gave a GOOD 5star for free instead of a halfassed collab charecter XD .

You did not make a mistake. DEF ignore and shred increase exponentially. However, do keep in mind that it works better against quantum weak enemies. As with what you said, pairing with SW should work (as long as at least the enemy is also imaginary weak)

I really want to try a full support Welt build to pair with him, have welt pin the enmies down and then just ... launch chalk forever. Sub dps welt would likely be more optimal, no doubt, but in concept this just sounds more fun in my head.
I feel as if this honestly shows how different the mindset is between the Genshin team and the HSR team is. It's kinda jarring how one team doesn't give a damn about it's playerbase but the other is willing to show appreciation for all the support. HSR team is most def from the Honkai Impact 3 team

They have a main team for each game that focuses entirely on each respective game. Nothing would get done if one team worked on both at the same time. Hence yet again: The HSR team was WAY better than the Genshin team Edit: The similar UI is a design choice rather than a specific individual thing.

Can someone help me? I recently came back to honkai and i farmed for dr ratio. He has 130 crit dmg 20 crit or smt, 2k atk and his follow up atk is lvl 7 rn. I dont have any of the side talents lvled up such as the ones that increase atk or smt. I tested him and max he did was 5k with his follow up atk.. idk of he didn’t crit or he just cant do dmg but im struggling rn bc i did waste like 2400 “resin” on his artifacts to have 2 piece each.. can someone please help
Seeing as his best team mates are Topaz (didn't summon for) and Silver Wolf (spent like 60 summons, didn't get), I think he will hit the bench at lv 20 on my account for quite a while and will only build him if I need a Imaginary DPS really badly. Right now I'm kinda lacking only Imaginary and Physical, kinda because I do have a lv80 build Break E4 Luka

i do think his kit wouldn’t be as bad as someone who was meant to be free, like aloy, but personally i do think they most likely made his scaling worse after they announced he was free.
His lc is terrible for topaz it's better for seele than it is for topaz only thing it does for topaz is giving the crit dmg It needs to attack an enemy with ult to proc both the dmg% and the def ignore and she can't do that

If there's one thing that multiple turn-based combat gachas have taught me, it's that nothing gets powercreep faster than a DPS character.

slight problem: swordplay is actually not recommended on him because he switches targets too frequently

He doesn't REALLLLY REALLLY need his LC since it can be SW providing the Def shred and Sparkle providing the CritDMG and increase DMG%.

i do think his kit wouldn’t be as bad as someone who was meant to be free, like aloy, but personally i do think they most likely made his scaling worse after they announced he was free.
He was announced free after his final beta update was released, I'm always updated in HSR leaks they only removed his SPD buffs throughout his kit.
If he's bad 'cause he's free, all Genshin player would have C6 Dehya by now 💀💀

His lc is terrible for topaz it's better for seele than it is for topaz only thing it does for topaz is giving the crit dmg
It needs to attack an enemy with ult to proc both the dmg% and the def ignore and she can't do that

• 1 Debuff with her Talent where Firekiss procs on every target suffering from her DoT
• 1 Debuff with her E1 when Skill is used
• 1 Debuff with a few Light Cones, notably the Luka "Resolution Shines" LC for F2P players
Maybe good news: if Hoyo keeps offering 4-Star units by release order, the next one in 2.0 should be Guinaifen.
