Let's Cut Up Some Clothing | Deconstructing Thrifted Clothing

Hi friends! In this video I'm sharing with you how I deconstruct the various articles of clothing I find when thrifting. There are lots of ways to do this and I'm sure there are simpler ways or more preferred ways than how I do it, but I still wanted to show you my process : )
Thrifting clothing is a fabulous way to find some unique and cool fabrics and textiles that you won't find in fabric stores like Hobby Lobby, JoAnn's etc. I like to purchase fabrics from those stores as well but I really enjoy adding thrifted clothing to my stash : )

I deconstruct wedding dresses - that's a job! I use the lining fabric for making fabric flowers and the lace on other projects. Do you keep everything for your embroidery or do you sell any of it?
