Once you save the output on your computer, you can email to any number of people. It may be easier to put it in google drive or any similar space and then share link. Interactive plots cannot be saved as pdf.

when assigning values in plot_ly for axis, we use x = ~fm .What does ~ do here
That's how plotly want us to specify a variable for x or y axis.

You can choose 'year' variable in the pivot table part or use the radio button in the interactive data table.

I would suggest look at str(dataset) and see if country names are as expected.

setwd("file path") is a way to set file path before read.csv
