Yes and no. I think he just uses the problems already there to stir things up in his favor. Like, Top has always been interested in the "bagging a naive virgin with promises of love and care". So much so that he went crazy mad when these fantasies seemed to be broken because he saw an old clip of Mew and Ray together. Mew and Ray's situations also seems fishy and like an unfisnished bussisness between them. Now Nick is being led on and emotianally manipulated by Boston but he is acting in a very disturbing (and let's be real) criminal way. Cheating is not a crime but recording people having sex and exposing them definitely is.

I am absolutely LIVING for Boston and Neo’s performance as Boston!!! Mr. “I hate drama” Boston thrives on the drama. Absolutely LOVE IT!! And I don’t think Boston at any point manipulated Nick. Nick very much imagined something more even tho Boston kept insisting it wasn’t. And Top, he just need a two year old video evidence to have sex with Boston? Please. That just proves Boston’s point that Top isn’t really into Mew and he just wants to sleep with the virgin.

I would just like to say as a poly person that there’s nothing wrong with “promiscuity”, or having love or sexual attraction with more than one person at a time. The issue is when you don’t communicate and lie or cover up and aren’t open about it - that’s when people get hurt. Not just from a sexual health point of view - it’s just basic respect to tell a potential lover that they are not the only one. Some people are ok with this, some aren’t. In Boston’s case he’s basically down to say anything to get what he wants, which is the toxic and dangerous side of him - not his desires. But of course if he were to express his desires he knows he wouldn’t get them in some cases so he lies because he doesn’t have enough respect or self-confidence to take no for an answer.

From all of them, I really hope Boston ends up dumped by everyone. I am convinced even more that yes Boston had a great time with Top and wouldn't have mind a second go around but that's all he wants and this whole pursuit of Top is some serious jealousy towards Mew but why? Something deeper must be going on or maybe not. He could just be that "friend" who is just selfish in his way and manipulative with his friend group. I wish Top would have stopped himself but even he has his own insecurities about whatever Boston showed him like he has serious trust issues. I think we mixed the character guesses. My guess for Top and Sand's beef is that Top probably slept with someone Sand was FWB/in love with! It would make sense since Sand is so guarded and keeps reminding Ray that they're just friends. And for the preview for next week, I feel like the "it's clear that you can't take care of what you have" is probably having to do with Ray having feelings for Mew, but also a jab about him not being able to keep whoever Top stole in the past. Or maybe it's a flashback of a story Sand is telling Nick! It could be that Sand was fooled by Top too... but I for some reason can't see Sand falling for someone like Top. I feel like he would see right through his games. But, who knows - it is Force... and who could say no to Force? Hahaha. Anyway, I love your reactions! I do not get why Top would be bothered by Ray and Mew, especially not when it was 2 years ago and Mew has been single basically the whole time. Like if something were going to happen they had time. Most people have much more recent andcloser history with exes. I mean Top has been with not only Ton more recently (plus in the shower) but also with others like the guy from the club that he obviously been seeing more than once. And Ton and Mew are friends ("friends") and Top and Ton obviously know what they are doing like in the shower and the text messages are wrong that's why they are hiding it. So there is no excuse for Top having sex with Ton. And it's not hard to ask Mew before doing his friend. I'm all for open relationships, dating multiple people at once, having one night stands and I always had poly relationships BUT hell fµcking no to flirting with a friend of someone you are in a relationship or pursuing and no to flirting or having sex with someone your friend is dating and no to manipulating someone like Ton does with Nick. It's so easy to just be open and clear with people. I much rather hurt someone with the reality that I don't want something different or more than lead them on with maybe's. There is such a huge difference in Ton and Ray, Ray might not like Top and Mew's relationship but he has done nothing but support and look after Mew still even with the relationship but Ton is the opposite and is doing everything and anything to get to Top, he's manipulating everyone and don't care who he hurts or if Top actually even care for him at all. Ton has more just an obsession with Top while Ray genuinely care for Mew. Based on what I've seen in these ep's. I really like how many things feels so relatable and also that I don't know what's gonna happen or what everyone's story and background actually is.
For me I think Top's issue is two-fold. I think that he genuinely let himself be a bit vulnerable with Mew and Mew hasn't returned the favor and that makes him feel flat footed, he knows Ray likes Mew (everyone knows Ray likes Mew) and Boston dripped just enough poison to add to the insecurity he's already been feeling, and Mew keeps backing off from any real relationship while at the same time enjoying all the benefits of actually being in one (sans sex). But more than that? I think he feels played and doesn't like it. Whether it happened two years ago or not, whether it moved to full on sex or just stayed at making out (heavy or otherwise), Top now knows (I think he suspected already tbh but now he feels like he has proof) like Mew is playing with him and this is some petty revenge as well as sexual frustration. I don't think any of these people really care about each other yet (outside the friend groups and Ray's crush), so it's all a lot of playing around with each other that is going to come back and get them later once some real feelings get in the way. For Mew and Top especially, I think.

One thing that just popped up in my head a while after watching this ep is that maybe the video clip that Ton showed to Top isn't Ray and Mew but Ray doing something more than kissing with someone who looks like Mew... I haven't seen the teasers for the next episode so maybe they already showed that it was Mew but it just hit me that it seems like the clip showed more than kissing but in the first ep Ton talked about Mew being a virgin so I don't think Mew has done more. But after showing Top the pic of Mew and Ray kissing I think it's easy for Top to believe the guy in the video with Ray is Mew too if it's shown right after and if "Mew" is in an angle where you can't see his face. Also the other thing that my brain suddenly made me think is that was Ton projecting when he talked with Ray by the pool? Was Ton interested in Ray 2 years ago but Ray was interested in Mew and then after Mew and Ray's kissed Ton just became the "comforting friend side character" (36:36) to Ray? I am convinced even more that yes Boston had a great time with Top and wouldn't have mind a second go around but that's all he wants and this whole pursuit of Top is some serious jealousy towards Mew but why? Something deeper must be going on or maybe not. He could just be that "friend" who is just selfish in his way and manipulative with his friend group. I wish Top would have stopped himself but even he has his own insecurities about whatever Boston showed him like he has serious trust issues. This show really intrigues to find out the different motivations of everyone. So far outside of Ray harboring this crush on Mew he does seem to care for his friends and Chueam is a great friend also. Exactly what I was thinking Boston is doing all of this with Top to get at Mew not because he loves Top. He seriously has jealous hate for Mew and wants to bring him down. My guess for Top and Sand's beef is that Top probably slept with someone Sand was FWB/in love with! It would make sense since Sand is so guarded and keeps reminding Ray that they're just friends. And for the preview for next week, I feel like the "it's clear that you can't take care of what you have" is probably having to do with Ray having feelings for Mew, but also a jab about him not being able to keep whoever Top stole in the past. Or maybe it's a flashback of a story Sand is telling Nick!
It could be that Sand was fooled by Top too... but I for some reason can't see Sand falling for someone like Top. I feel like he would see right through his games. But, who knows - it is Force... and who could say no to Force? Hahaha.

I do not get why Top would be bothered by Ray and Mew, especially not when it was 2 years ago and Mew has been single basically the whole time. Like if something were going to happen they had time. Most people have much more recent andcloser history with exes.
I mean Top has been with not only Ton more recently (plus in the shower) but also with others like the guy from the club that he obviously been seeing more than once.
And Ton and Mew are friends ("friends") and Top and Ton obviously know what they are doing like in the shower and the text messages are wrong that's why they are hiding it.
So there is no excuse for Top having sex with Ton.
And it's not hard to ask Mew before doing his friend.
I'm all for open relationships, dating multiple people at once, having one night stands and I always had poly relationships BUT hell fµcking no to flirting with a friend of someone you are in a relationship or pursuing and no to flirting or having sex with someone your friend is dating and no to manipulating someone like Ton does with Nick.
It's so easy to just be open and clear with people.
I much rather hurt someone with the reality that I don't want something different or more than lead them on with maybe's.
There is such a huge difference in Ton and Ray, Ray might not like Top and Mew's relationship but he has done nothing but support and look after Mew still even with the relationship but Ton is the opposite and is doing everything and anything to get to Top, he's manipulating everyone and don't care who he hurts or if Top actually even care for him at all.
Ton has more just an obsession with Top while Ray genuinely care for Mew.

For me I think Top's issue is two-fold. I think that he genuinely let himself be a bit vulnerable with Mew and Mew hasn't returned the favor and that makes him feel flat footed, he knows Ray likes Mew (everyone knows Ray likes Mew) and Boston dripped just enough poison to add to the insecurity he's already been feeling, and Mew keeps backing off from any real relationship while at the same time enjoying all the benefits of actually being in one (sans sex).
But more than that? I think he feels played and doesn't like it. Whether it happened two years ago or not, whether it moved to full on sex or just stayed at making out (heavy or otherwise), Top now knows (I think he suspected already tbh but now he feels like he has proof) like Mew is playing with him and this is some petty revenge as well as sexual frustration.
I don't think any of these people really care about each other yet (outside the friend groups and Ray's crush), so it's all a lot of playing around with each other that is going to come back and get them later once some real feelings get in the way. For Mew and Top especially, I think.

boston is really problematic we all know that but he already made it clear for nick that he does not feel anything about him. i gotta give it to him. but other than that he is just a psycho who loves to mess with people's mind even if they are his friends. the way he manipulated top into having sex with him was so fucked up. i also feel so sad for sand. because being the second choice is always so hard. the way ray just dumped him for mew when mew just called him. it must have hurt him so bad. but also i cannot blame ray bc i think what ray feels towards mew is not love, maybe it was at the beginning but not now. now he is just so obssesed with being in love. it probably scares him to feel love towards someone but mew and i think he will have denial in the future about this. overall it was such a great episode. it showed so many different perspective, loved the ep and your reaction as always Javi ❤

One thing that just popped up in my head a while after watching this ep is that maybe the video clip that Ton showed to Top isn't Ray and Mew but Ray doing something more than kissing with someone who looks like Mew...
I haven't seen the teasers for the next episode so maybe they already showed that it was Mew but it just hit me that it seems like the clip showed more than kissing but in the first ep Ton talked about Mew being a virgin so I don't think Mew has done more.
But after showing Top the pic of Mew and Ray kissing I think it's easy for Top to believe the guy in the video with Ray is Mew too if it's shown right after and if "Mew" is in an angle where you can't see his face.
Also the other thing that my brain suddenly made me think is that was Ton projecting when he talked with Ray by the pool?
Was Ton interested in Ray 2 years ago but Ray was interested in Mew and then after Mew and Ray's kissed Ton just became the "comforting friend side character" (36:36) to Ray?

Boston is making my skin crawl and blood boil. I was even feeling nauseous by the end of the episode. He is just so manipulative, he's sweet talking Nick to keep him around for his own entertainment, he's keep the carrot of change in status dangling IF Nick stays cute, he is constantly sowing seeds to make his friends insecure - putting them up against each other, he's not only taking pictures of his conquest, he's also taking pictures and keeping videos of his friends and sharing it without consent, what a breach of trust. Serioulsy I'm getting the biggst psychopath vibe from him. He does not seem to care about his friends at all, only himself.
