I meal prep with my wife or my wife makes my food a week in advance and freezes it,i rarely eat out. I also stock up on cases of water when i get a backhaul from Ozarka water in Hawkins TX. They have pallets of water sitting out that you can grab cases from. I get everything from the store. The only thing I'm really buying from the store is my protein shakes, Dr. Pepper's and snacks.
I spend very little money while at work but thanks for some great tips also.

Might I suggest a travel french press for coffee. Keep up the good vids!

With the method I use all the coffee fits in my cup so it skips a step. 1 less thing to rinse and we moving down the road. It brews while I drive. I try to not wait around to long. Gotta get the wheels turning

Good video! TH-cam should push these kinds of videos out more. I hear lots of solos tell me they have a negative bank account balance, some of them them spending 2-4 months in the truck at a time with no family to support. I don't know how $600+ /week gets people into those situations.
However I completely agree eating at fast food restaurants you way overpay. My woman and I get enough groceries for a month for about $300 (roughly) when we get some time to stop at a Walmart. So roughly $40 per person per week. Eating at fast food resturants every day will cost you between $80-$400 depending on how much you eat a day, what kind of food it is, etc. Also solos I notice door dash quite often, I'm sure companies such as fedex, ups, walmart, other like companies that ARE NOT working as a middle man can keep you busy way more often. Companies getting loads off of load boards or have dedicated customers freight fluctuates. So sometimes they have to get food delivered to this. This will double the cost I provided earlier. $10 meal, $4 delivery fee, $6 tip, $20 for something that's $10 (which the $10 is already likely a 300% markup of what the resturant paid for the supplies to make the food).
I'd like to point out another way to get yourself closer to your financial goals. I won't elaborate on this first one, but stock trading if you're comfortable and understand it, however should you decided its a bad idea (and it can be a very bad one if you don't know what you're doing) quite a few banks at the moment are offering high yield savings accounts. Some of these accounts are 3%, 4%, 5% interest a year. Let's use 4%. Should one save up $10,000 in a high yield savings account, 4% a year works out to $400/yr, or roughly $33.33/month, but overall more than $1/day. It may not seem like much but $400/yr can cover the cost of multiple subscriptions, or food, or provide a bit of assistance during slower periods of freight.
I'll cut myself off here, don't want to write a 2000 paragraph book in your comments. Just want to say I think videos like this are very helpful to those that see them.

i try my best to not eat on the road but i do maybe once a day 2 or 3 times a week, just depends , im regional so i know where the food is passable , i wouldnt say good or healthy but good enough to eat , mostly i eat sandwiches and protein bars or fruit and i drink some bottles of milk but i go home every 5 days so im usually ok til last day but im on the way home at that point, i quit drinking truckstop coffee and switched to the cold coffee thing too, cheaper n less hassle

    How about a propane grill,
Is that doable? Or is it a safety hazard.

I wouldn't. Not even outside. We aren't doing 34 hours resets on the road. We have 10 hours breaks and back work.

@russelljconquerslifehawkey personally I just try to be as simple ss possible. Cook everything at home and just re heat at work. It's only 5 days. Microwave is good enough for most things and the air fryer is great if you want some crisp
