And some times we tune into another way of looking at our whole world. He gives the impression that dimensions and the secrets of life! are just there!
Lifeforms as far as I am concerned was the most forward and brilliant album of the 90's IDM era. Nothing comes close to the sheer breadth of textures, beats, noise and soundscapes and ultimately the sonic WORLD these two created in that album.

autechre's music is boring noises without structure. FSOL's music is beautifully composed musical pieces taking place in vivid immerssive landscapes of a world unknown. They are allowed to be cocky.
