#Arabic schools and students need funding and they never questioned the source of the funds of their donors from Arabia, Qatar and kuwait and Libya but here in Gambia they told to reject the donations of philanthropists because they are musicians i don't get that double standards. As for Music being Haram or not i can't tell but in any issue where their is doubt the best approach is avoidance but i personally listened to Music because it has been my source of inspiration from way back and when I said it's strictly clean music not dirty music.
Because those donors from Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and etc... are not none what they do in their live to make money and is not our right to ask where did they getting it from, that what Islam teaches us but for the musicians is very clear cuz we know what they do to get money so based on that is forbidden to accept the money....
