So glad that women's ski jump has *finally* made it to the Olympics.
Almost none was showing today's olympic competition live :I I found only Polish sport tv but I did not have access. Any idea how to see full transmitions? Even after a week from live.

So very unexpected champions on this winter olympic games in Sochi 2014, because the most had been expected from the favourite athletes, the strongest athletes, in skiing and also in ski jumping. Amazing show from Carina Vogt of Germany although Sara Takanashi was the first, the youngest and strongest athlete to win gold. VERY poor Sara Takanashi in unhappy 4th position :( :( :( :( :(

"Style" is a joke. Only distance should decide, the same as long jump in track and field.
Women and men were jumping the same distances. They should be competing head to head.
Style is an important part in ski jumping. It would be interesting to watch women and men competing together.

no they use a normal hill on which the record is NOT 250m, this records stands in ski flying, a non olympic discipline
No, a 20 meter would be a jump for 10 year olds
