The devs have stated that the game will continue development & progress even if a cease & desist is sent. The only thing public is the name, not many people are sharing the game link, and the people behind this are not going public anytime soon. As far as we know, they're safe from being taken down, at least for now.
@Royplaysoficial they actually did, and to give you a short context, there were already F13 the game mod builds such as complete edition and resurrected, which were made after the game has died, but they got a cease and desist letter to stop making content and close their build due to the fact they got so popular that it ended up going in horror inc's attention, which I really recommend you NOT use the mod's title on your videos, or else horror inc will know that there is a mod build of the game reviving the game, which they'll stop it, and camp forest green would suffer the same fate 🥲
They technically aren't paying for the game anymore, if anyone has to step in and destroy the mod it would have to be from paramount themselves or someone else
Those models look sick, but they would be on Garry's mod and other games, i would use the poster mask from part 5 as a thing for New Vegas and FO3 TTW (Tale of two Wastelands) the Jason models should on the Models Resource.
