Greatest memories of entire life as a kid slowly puttering around the docks in our 13’ Boston Whaler, or relaxing up on the flybridge watching the presenting of the colors. I would always ask my Dad if I could honk the horn. Summer Nights up at Roche Harbor on a boat is second to none the World over. Incredible experience we no longer have the boat or the whaler. Wonderful memories that have lasted me a lifetime!

While I appreciate the respect given to the flag and enjoyed watching your ceremony - the correct bugle calls would be 1. "Retreat" (get everyone's attention and marks the end of the day) followed by 2. "To the Colors" while the US flag is slowly lowered. No military manual calls for Taps while the flag is lowered. I realize originally was played for light out at the end of the day. They do it in movies but it is incorrect. While I love your ceremony it would be great if it was technically correct to also pay tribute to the troops. keep up the good work and respect for the flag regardless.
