One of the most informative videos I've ever seen on a specific wine.

What an excellent video, thanks for such a clear explanation. My wife and I walked from Florence to Siena last year through the heart of the Chianti Classico region, and the wines were so much better than the Chianti we get at home in the UK - they must keep all the good stuff for themselves! They're also super-proud of their wine, and even the most basic, run down mini-market will have a cabinet with high quality Chianti Classico.

You can buy the same wines here in the UK... Just avoid supermarkets and use the online wine merchants.

I enjoyed this .. was researching DaVinci Chianti 2016 to pair with lasagna for Christmas, and hit the subscribed button immediately.

I bought a 2015 and 2016 classico riserva yesterday and didn't really know the difference. Both were excellent and Im buying all they have today. This was INCREDIBLY helpful. Thank you

That ONE LINE forever associated Chianti with cannibalism. Talk about unintended consequences.
