Single to Flexible Server Migration - Azure Database for PostgreSQL

i am getting below error my source and target both are same vnet.
ST008: Connectivity attempt to source server from target server failed. Please revisit the networking related pre requisites required for the migration and make sure the source server is reachable from target server.
