I missed Fang Bo competing like this
I gotta admit I lost faith in Fang Bo during his decline after the 2015 WTTC, but he’s gradually getting back to his best form and that’s awesome to see
No he's not trust me when I say he just has good days.

@@alexwong6149 rubbish. Lin has improved so much. Fang bo is dangerous and when on form, he can compete with anyone in the world.
@@mmau947 but he is no longer on form... a lot of return balls from this game by him were played too safely... if it was Ma Long or FZD, it will be day and night difference....
@@alexwong6149 not on form? Have you not watched the last 2 tournaments? In the last 2 tournaments which were played in the last 2 weeks, he has beaten everyone he has faced and only lost to fzd and xu xin. He is on good form. Fang bo is dangerous and when he is at the top of his game, he can give anyone a game. In this game lin was not great, but thats mostly down to how well fang bo played and was very clever tactically.

Fang Bo finally got a chance to show he's capable to beat LYJ (No. 5 seed here) although he was drafted amid the last minute pull out by FZD. After this round, 5 players are Chinese in the last 8 of men singles. So happy still able to watch world class TT in the Covid-19 era.
why the game starts 5-3? don't cut everything
Can we all please agree that its awesome that WTT is trying to be innovative?
I totally agree though that the side view from high above is used too much in my opinion and the one from the side back top ( 0:22 )not enough.
They are using the top side angle as the standard one and the side back top one to do the slow mo of the action.
I think it should be the other way around as i think the the angle from the side and top makes it hard to follow the dynamic movements of the players and the action as your eyes have to travel from left to right and back very fast.
Hit like if you agree.
And comment #45° angle if you want to side back angle more.

博哥打球的节奏其实蛮有个性的，能发挥出来自己的技术特点真的很有看头

Fang Bo is so underrated
In his peak, he easily has one of the best forehand techniques IMO. With Ma Long and Xu Xin as exceptions, I have never seen any forehand stroke that looks as compact and beautiful as his while still have a lot of power in them.
I play TAble tennis 3 times a week, I LOVE THIS ANGLE BETTER cuz i feel like i am watching the match in person from the sides
But u cannot see how the ball curves, u cannot understand all the parallel motions. Its good but not absolutely

thanks for trying out new things. but please show the diagonal angle, it's by far the best. The side angle, as well as the traditional angle are taking too much away. So, pleeeease use the diagonal angle more ( 0:23 angle is perfect)
Honestly thees camera angles are not bad at all. feel like I can actually se how they hit the ball from this side angle. and the 45 degree replay angle is amazing!

In this tournament, there are different rules for different rounds.
This is a commercial game, just like T2. It follows different rule meant to make the competition more entertaining

Please go back to showing every point in highlight videos. You get no sense of the match when you jump around like this.. the new Camera angles are good but don’t be afraid to use the old one occasionally.. again, otherwise you get no sense of the movement, play.. black tables are excellent but you’ve messed up the highlight videos when you clip matches like this...

the games played to 5 points are there to decide the top 4 seeds (between Calderano, Lin Gaoyuan, Ma Long and Xu Xin)

Black table, nice. Why the hell you guys show it from THAT perspective ? If you want to ruin the sport more, thats a good way. And you HAVE all the nice angles and what makes me more angry is showing it from above. You dont see anything from above. While they are playing you switch from above to the side - irritating.
What can we do to make some change here, tell us , ITTF, please, talk to the normal viewer or at least, read whats going wrong.
So please show it in a nice angle and dont switch views while they are playing.
Sometimes they win in 5 points, sometimes 11 is enough. Or sometimes switching back to normal rules. Nicely done, do more of that so that nobody knows whats going on :(
