Ray was selfish and only cared about his financial benefits not what all the cast brought to this show. The actors that play Sheldon, Leonard and Penny on big bag took less so some of the other cast earned more. This is why they are still friends today. Raymond wanted so much that the show couldn't afford to pay the others more.
Now that i am a married adult this show is unbearable cuz ray and Marie. I use to love it! But I recognize how inappropriate they are 😭

It is Deb’s fault. Ray basically begged her not to buy the house across the street from his parents. I think she was still working and on maternity leave back then so she just saw them as free childcare but then she she decided to be a full time stay at home wife so Frank and Marie’s presence and tendency to come over unannounced became religiously annoying. They don’t both mind Robert though likely because he is more miserable them especially when he was still living with his parents.😂😂
