Cath lab nurse here, I use these push doses everyday, great break down, I personally am not pushing more than 5-10mcgs IV epi but 20mcgs will get you where you need to be haha!
I remember watching this 10 months ago and being so lost. Now I'm nearing the end of my course and this is so easy to understand. Woo hoo for progress! Thanks for the great vid.
I’m a new Paramedic and this video helped tremendously. Thank you!
Thanks for a straight forward, useful, common sense approach to a subject that can seem overwhelming.

Phenomenal, I need you to do a video for Amiodarone, Lidocaine and Mag.
Hey, can someone explain to me how the concentration of the normal saline became 8mcg/ml after injecting 2mL of the med in the bag?
For the the push dose epi it doesnt matter what fluid is used as long as we have 1 ml of epi. And from there we can push 20mcg from there
What a great presentation. Very informative. The person presenting however, is slovenly in appearance and probably smells bad.
Why not add 2.5 ml of 1:1000 to the 250 ml bag instead? Then, you keep the same 10 mcg per ml concentration. Less confusing.
Great Video! Hope you create more content.
