There is epoxy that can be used on floors. It would be a different formula than epoxy used to make countertops, but the concept is the same. Someone really skilled at doing floors could probably match this style, but they would have to have alot of expierence. Typically, metallic epoxy floors are much simpler in their design, but there's a lot of talented floor contractors out there that can do some amazing artwork and pull this off.
Just did this technique on my kitchen counters using different colors and it turned out incredible! This guy is a great teacher!
