Can't wait for the Slaughter Marauders and the vehicle that came along with them.
The design of the VAMP was actually not based on a Jeep, but, the Lamborghini Cheetah. An experimental light utility vehicle that Lamborghini built in an effort to get some military contracts.
Oh that Lamborghini Cheetah was so cool. I loved that thing when I was young.

The only other minor issue I had with them was the mirrors as you suggested,
And the tire tread pattern two of the rims have to come off and the rims have to be switched around to create a left-right correct tread pattern on all four tires

I did purchase more then one I purchased 3 of them but unfortunately had to fix a couple issues on one of them so far!!! 2 more ta go!!!!
I mounted the ammo cans exactly the way that you did that is the only way to do it but unfortunately they're not very solid up there can be knocked off very easily I made it better than it was with actual smaller brackets that give it a more military actual appearance to detail, yeah I know it's just a toy but for me it has to look real!!!
But your review was good I enjoyed your review!!! Like I said I just had ta throw in my 2 cents!!! I have watched many reviews and nobody has stated my issues that I've presented here!!! Perhaps nobody else is attention to detail as I am!!!

The tow hooks do flip up just give them a little more pull up and the will pull a vehicle out of the mud LOL
But that gun turret was the worst especially those 50 Cals Hasbro couldn't even take the time to make left and right machine guns
You did a good review,
But unfortunately myself this jeep is crap!!! The tires are ridiculously loose!!! And the gun turret sucks as it doesn't have a lock mount and nor does the ammo boxes lock in place!!! And the bullet belt feed is blocked by the center balance plate that in real life would be lower and the 50 caliber machine guns would be mounted with top bracket supports!!! This whole hasbro pulse design is kid friendly attention to detail!!! The way the tires are so loose and the gun turret not properly secured to its mounted plate these issues totally suck!!! Otherwise the jeep has no other issues I can find!!! I rectified both issues myself as I'm a modeler and custom builder!!! I fixed the tires issue so now there solid on there with normal balance just like on a real military jeep and the gun turret however required a bit more of a professional custom job to get it to lock down and be removable at the same time!!! But now there's no worries of it falling off with aggressive outdoor play adventures that hasbro pulse should of had done in the first place!!!
