I have ADHD and part of it is when something lasts too long so for me I just want it to change and Change and change. So this was some of the best asmr I have ever listened to
Yes!! This is exactly why this is made for ADHD :) Which I have myself as well! I'm so glad you like this! Thank you for watching and for your lovely comment!💜💜
You should try PierreG ASMR, he did a lot of ADHD asmr, most of them use triggers that change every 8 seconds, and other that use triggers that change every 3 seconds
If you struggle studying try using this is as background. It has been super effective for me, especially writing papers. The triggers are soft enough that they don't mess up your concentration, and the fact that they change so often avoids you getting stuck on them/paying too much attention. It's soothing, unpredictable, and super tingly 💛
I do have and depending of the trigger and mood I can hear one for like an eternity or switch to the next and the next and the next, this time the fast first part was driving me crazy 😅 I just wanted to focus on one for a longer period (not to criticize the video cause I like fast asmr too but not tonight) 😂
Damn, this is impressive in a lot of ways.. you can tell when you're watching something made by someone who is also truly invested in the experience, not just trying to grab views.. there's so much thought into everything about this, this is like art and medicine at the same time. Amazing
as someone with adhd thank you for making this asmr video for adhd that isn't just super fast and aggressive triggers! Those videos are usually too overwhelming for me
For some reason the timer itself relaxes me 😳 I tend to not watch ASMR where the triggers are constantly changing, but in this instance, having a timer for reference alleviates so much of the anxiety I get from not being able to anticipate the changes. I actually love this video so much! 🥹
oh good! I'm so glad to hear that! I didn't know if that was a good touch or not but very glad to hear that it relaxed you!! Thank you so much for your feedback my friend!🤗💜👍
i dont have adhd but i do have an extremely low attention span, and i usually keep changing through asmr videos, but this one has so many colours and pretty nails and unique ideas that i just cant help but watch it all, thank you for making this!!
I LOVE the little timer in the corner, it eliminates the anxiety if not knowing when a segment will end. That's usually why I'm unable to rest when watching most ASMR videos, I want to see the next trigger LOL
This is probably one of the best ADHD Asmr videos I’ve seen The triggers change often enough, but also aren’t super fast and in your face- and the timer is a great relief to have Thanks so much for such a great video
I know the nail ones can be really dangerous (please don’t hurt yourself!) but my goodness it’s just so good. You’re so gentle with them and you rock the crazy looks and it’s so visually stunning the way you approach the concept. Thank you for posting a mega cut, this was wonderful!
one of my strongest ADHD symptoms makes it exceptionally hard for me to focus so for me these clips where still kind of long but it still was a really great video
THANK YOU so very much for this. It is magnificent, truly. I was re diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and I click out our videos so often because it becomes boring. This was so visually enjoyable but the sounds were fantastic . I appreciate this more than you know 💓💓

I have autism, and this works. I feel like every person in the world should set a routine to watch like an hour of this each day. It builds up my motivation and helps me throughout the day. So, Thank you 🙏. My favorite’s the tapping, honestly not the scratching. That’s just my opinion. My favorite of them all is the tapping directly onto the mic. Make a video of just the mic tapping if you want. PS: This is a very good way to help you calm yourself down after a tough day. It gets your mind back into place. Makes you feel fresh and at ease. Again, keep up the great work. And finally, thanks for not including ads as they would tend to disturb us if they appeared randomly. Feel free to do different videos too that could include ads. Or do 2 versions, one with ads for people who want to support you, and one without. I’d honestly watch the ad one just as a sincere thank you for making not only my day but everyone else’s much better.
This video was a lot of effort on your part to put together and it is a fantastic video. You pieced similar sound intensities together so that they transitioned well without those jolts you get with other channels from soft to intense sounds. And the timestamps! WOW! Now that was a lot of work! Thank you, Carmen. This is my new favorite that I'll go to repeatedly.
It totally made my day to read your comment Laura!🥺💜 This one was a monster of a video to edit, so to read that you liked this one that much, makes me so so happy!💖 I appreciate you!!
As someone with ADHD, this was amazinggg. It gave me tingles and didn’t last 10 years to change, I also love that if I’m not the found of a trigger, it will be over in less than 5 minutes. Thank you!
This video was incredible! Also as a person with ADHD I LOVE the timer in the corner it makes me feel less anxious that my attention is going to run out. Thankyou 🖤

This was a breathe of fresh air for me. I have to do a type of forced hyper fixation to keep my attention to stuff so me not having to do it is wonderful!
This video has helped me sleep the past few nights, lately I haven't been able to sleep and a few days ago I pulled an all nighter, as well as the day after, I found this video and it makes me sleepy almost instantly, thank you so much Edit: i still watch this video to help me sleep every night, works like a charm!!

I have adhd and whenever triggers last forever I always wanna look at them till they are over and then I don't sleep bit this was preventing that on a good way it was so relaxing too and each trigger gave me tingles
I love this video ❤ the visual was just as awesome as the audio. The fact that it's not the same loud scratchy noise the whole video makes it even better. I love the changes in the nails. Gave me skin tingles just listening 😊
Please do more like this most asmr is 20 mins on 1 trigger this goes through the triggers like a page in a book so it's really relaxing and I don't get bord. Best asmr video iv watch tbh with you
I really like this asmr because its not the same trigger for a long period of time. As someone with adhd it helps because i usually always skip through it and can't fall asleep or enjoy. This was one of the best so far
This is such a nice compilation video Carmen! Loving the constant changes and visuals.. the perfect combination of tingles and TWO WHOLE HOURS!!!!! Thank you for being you and spoiling us the way you do 😍

this is so good to listen to as a person with adhd, most of adhd asmr is just not changing really fast tapping and i think thats not really good, it wakes me up instead od relaxing me, so this is one of the best asmr because it just changes, also not too fast, not too slow. Good job:)
You probably wont see this now, I just wanna say how much I appreciate this asmr, I've been diagnosed with adhd since around the age of 5 and I also have HORRIBLE insomnia and this kind of stuff really helps me sleep, also i wanna know, in the video where did you get that wolf shirt from? It looks absolutely amazing
@@HypnoticDreamsASMR777 Oh wow I'm genuinely surprised you responded, also I was curious about the shirt cause I absolutely adore wolves so thank you for the info, just wish they had those ones where I live
I don’t have adhd but I’ve got major trouble listening or watching the same thing for a while- my favorite videos are always the preview compilations bc there’s tons of odd sounds and pretty visuals ❤ very comforting
i love this! i dont have adhd but i love how it changes fast as normaly if its over 2-3 mins i get bored and wan it to just CHANGE! so ths was very nice
THANK YOUUUUUUUUUU I have adhd and i swear lots of big asmr channels stay on one trigger for too long for me!!! this is officially my favorite asmr video
I only recently discovered asmr and only found you today! Wowww!! The sounds you create are so soothing, you've got such a great technique. I also appreciate the time & effort you put in to make everything visually appealing too, you're so creative, it's all very eye catching & beautiful 💖
The binaural recording techniques in ASMR create a three-dimensional auditory experience that feels incredibly immersive. It's like being wrapped in a blanket of sound.
@@HypnoticDreamsASMR777 honestly I need like a 10-15 minute video like the preview! The variety and rapid fire of sounds and visuals just scratched my brain in such a good way! 😁
this is perfect! i have ADHD and something i struggle with the most is when something lasts too long so with asmr i can never sleep cos i just keep changing the video over and over! Aslo all the asmr for ADHD i come across seems to change almost to quickly, no more than like 5 seconds which personally is quite annoying when there is one trigger thats tingly and it changes after 5 seconds, you didn’t make the clips too long ot too short it was just right and is super tingly!! thank you sm for giving me the best nights sleep i’ve had in years❤️ just earned a sub
i love the fact that there is a timer. it puts me at ease so much to know when something ends and when something new starts. thank you so much for this video.
I don’t have ADHD but I usually get extremely mad when something happens longer that I can take. Thank you for asmr, it sounds great and doesn’t annoy me with the time one or the other trigger has💕
I seldom comment but I want to let you know I really appreciate your effort in proposing different triggers and interesting/stimulating visuals. ❤ you really put a lot into it.
This is the most amazing asmr I’ve found for people with adhd! Some people do very very fast asmr for adhd and I find it makes me more alert than sleepy and if someone does one trigger for too long I get bored and have to skip to the next part meaning again, I’m not focusing on falling asleep🥲
I have ADHD and this helps me to sleep at night. It makes my eyelids heavy enough to drift off to sleep. In fact once i dropped my phone on my face falling asleep to your videos. Thank you for your relaxing sleep videos ☺️
I have adhd so sometimes when I watch asmr videos they do the same thing for a long time and I skip and skip and skip, so this was the first time I could relax! Ty😊
perfect audio for clearing my mind. whenever i start getting in my head it just starts running at 1000 thoughts per minute so im glad i have this to help me relax ty!
You get ASMR perfectly. So creative and detail oriented. I enjoy your After Effects /green screen and nail art. They take your videos to the next level.
I just have to say thank you listening to this video has helped a lot when I’m having difficulty falling asleep and the different sounds. It’s just amazing thank you again.😊
I have never experienced a video like this before. Every single trigger was really a trigger for me :O I dont know how you do this, but keep up the great job ❤️

this is so good to listen to as a person with adhd, most of adhd asmr is just not changing really fast tapping and i think thats not really good, it wakes me up instead od relaxing me, so this is one of the best asmr because it just changes, also not too fast, not too slow. Good job:)
I appreciate that💜🤗thanks for watching
You probably wont see this now, I just wanna say how much I appreciate this asmr, I've been diagnosed with adhd since around the age of 5 and I also have HORRIBLE insomnia and this kind of stuff really helps me sleep, also i wanna know, in the video where did you get that wolf shirt from? It looks absolutely amazing
So glad this could help you! Always makes me happy to hear that😊 I got the shirt from Walmart! 😅💜
Thank you so much!
I also appreciate the time & effort you put in to make everything visually appealing too, you're so creative, it's all very eye catching & beautiful 💖
incredibly satisfying, i dont have ADHD but i love when the asmr sounds change so often. this is like exactly what im looking for.
The gentle taps😴
Thanks for watching!💕
@@HypnoticDreamsASMR777 of course 🥳
You’re definitely in the top 3 of my fav ASMRtists.
I have autism but I really got tingles in the preview! Thank you! I was also able to connect my headphones to my phone to make it more tingly!
I have both ADHD and autism (just diagnosed last week!) and I agree. This is amazing. Love it so much. Thank you!
The binaural recording techniques in ASMR create a three-dimensional auditory experience that feels incredibly immersive. It's like being wrapped in a blanket of sound.
Omg I got so sucked in 😂 my husband said it looked like I had a buffering symbol on my forehead 😂😂 absolutely love this.
🤣💜 Thanks so much for watching love! Really happy you liked it!💕
@@HypnoticDreamsASMR777 honestly I need like a 10-15 minute video like the preview! The variety and rapid fire of sounds and visuals just scratched my brain in such a good way! 😁
So many of these are so creative! I haven't seen other channels do a lot of these triggers before.
I appreciate you watching!😊👍
Thank you for not putting in ads :)
this is perfect! i have ADHD and something i struggle with the most is when something lasts too long so with asmr i can never sleep cos i just keep changing the video over and over!
Really appreciate your kind comment! Thank you for watching🥰💜
The past 2 weeks this is what I HAVE to listen to to put me to sleep!
Happy to hear you like this one!🤗💜
I have ADHD and its so bad I cant control it sometimes. This asmr is really good and it helps me control it thank you
Thats awesome glad it helps you, thank you for your support 💕😊
42:00 those shifting colours hit a very specific part of my brain I love it
i love the fact that there is a timer. it puts me at ease so much to know when something ends and when something new starts. thank you so much for this video.
I don’t have ADHD but I usually get extremely mad when something happens longer that I can take. Thank you for asmr, it sounds great and doesn’t annoy me with the time one or the other trigger has💕
I love how this video has all the triggers possible
Soooo tingly & amazing!!
Thank you!!💜🤗
I seldom comment but I want to let you know I really appreciate your effort in proposing different triggers and interesting/stimulating visuals.
Ty😊
Hey, for a new person on this channel, this compilation is perfect to catch up =) thanks !
☺️💖
perfect audio for clearing my mind. whenever i start getting in my head it just starts running at 1000 thoughts per minute so im glad i have this to help me relax
ty!
I don’t have adhd but this is really calm to listen to and making me feel less stressed out and depressed
You get ASMR perfectly. So creative and detail oriented. I enjoy your After Effects /green screen and nail art. They take your videos to the next level.
Aw I appreciate that, thank you!
I love 6:00 the beach is Bueatiful and the mic sounds are relaxing!
I just have to say thank you listening to this video has helped a lot when I’m having difficulty falling asleep and the different sounds. It’s just amazing thank you again.😊
just the intro alone gave me tingles
Everyone agrees the preview is the best😎
Love the triggers! So tingly and relaxing! ❤
Glad you enjoyed!💖
I have never experienced a video like this before. Every single trigger was really a trigger for me :O
I dont know how you do this, but keep up the great job ❤️
You should do a only previews maybe hour long-video !! I love it sm
I will for sure!💜 Thank you so much for watching!🤗
