Rank up the Bounty Hunter XP fast. Buy the Bounty licenses, standard and Prestigious. First obtain the reinforced lasso.
Go to any Bounty Board and select the Legendary Bounties. Look for the Etta Doyle Wanted poster and follow the steps in this video.
Buy the Bounty Wagon as soon as you are able and stow Etta Doyle in the wagon. Etta Doyle can not escape the Bounty Wagon opposed to being stowed on the back of your horse

The best part is that if you do it at the right time the npcs won’t start blasting at you, but will just keep running away. And for those who are worried that they don’t have a bounty wagon, you can still use a reinforced lasso but just keep hitting Etta Doyle occasionally

Yep still works, just did a minute ago. You don't really need a bounty wagon just take her off your horse and keep her on your shoulder, she won't escape.

@@doggydog7802 I'm not so sure its probably in one of the outlaw passes, but you're gonna have to wait until R* brings it back out for a limited time. R* is re-releasing some old Outlaw pass items that you can get, just make sure to keep up with the updates to see what they released.

@@EvanNorthup 13 mins. make sure to keep watch because most of time she might escape, but it doesn't happen all the time

Hi @estebangarcia6351, thank you for stopping by and checking out the video. Maybe you lassoed the wrong person, as soon as you "touch" one of the other NPC's they will go and shoot the players character. They do all look alike so be sure you got the right one to lasso. Just tried it myself again to be sure it still works and it does at build 1491.16 of the game. Good luck in giving it another try.
@@soundscapegaming I gave it another try, and it worked :) I literally had to wait just 1 second longer before lassoing her

Bro there is no faster way if you do normal bounties for a hour you get 1500 or something
This is the fastest method. Bro bounty hunter role basically the game of waiting. U catch u wait for timer , the longer it is the more u get xp until certain limit...
