it happens to me as well : 1st turn on the usb debbug the the oem ignore the message the point is that you can turn it on now procced to turn off the phone and do all the steps.

Nope it keeps asking for a password. This is an old phone of a friend and trying to reset to get his info off phone.

Bro there is two step verification in my friend device and sim is from Dubai but he is not in Dubai currently will this method work? I am afraid after reset/wipe if it ask again for the two step verification he won't be able to use the device

bro its not opening that boot window even after presseing volume up button and power button together what to do?
turn off your phone and then connect your phone to your computer with usb cable then press v up and power button togther. worked for me.

Why it isnt working. Android Recovery did not appear .
Some models need you to plug in a USB cable to your phone and a computer, or you should also be able to use USBC headphones (make sure they aren't analog, you need the headphones to have an internal DAC for this to work.)
Connect the phone to your PC and try again, same steps.
Or just connect your phone to anyother android phone through C to C cable, thats also working
