It's a little girl fan from Lithuania. She came with her husband, a man of my size (something like 190 cm in height). She was up to his chest :-) He seemed to be not a big fan, Miku was pointing at him at one moment, and censured him for not screaming "Moe Moe!" :-) But this little girl is a real fan, she was screaming and waving hands all the way through. In the end, Kanami came to her, gave her a pick, and told her something in the ear. It was incredibly cute and touching, I almost had tears in my eyes from looking at it. Girls are few among the BAND-MAID fans, it's truly a rarity. Therefore, it was nice indeed to witness her coming all the way from Lithuania to Hamburg, to see her favorite band.

Yeah, she's a huge fan and gave her all during the concert, Saiki and Akane acknowledged her dancing too and she still talks about the concert everyday. As for me, I don't know why Miku called me out, I was very confused at that moment as I was moemoe-ing all the way. Maybe I looked tired or something cause it was so hot and heat is a natural enemy of mine lol

This attention from Kanami was something very special, I envied your wife so much. She's really a nice girl. Even if she is older than you, she looks very young, I thought she's 16 :-) Give her my greetings. I hope I didn't push on her very much from the back. In fact, I was trying to protect her from the onrush of people... I hope I was successful. Yes, heat... I usually also hate the heat, but at this particular event I did not even notice it. Although at the end, I discovered that I'm completely wet, as if I was swimming right in my clothes :-) It was exhausting, no doubt. Kanami was definitely tired. I actually thought they would cut the performance short, but they are Japanese, they had a set-list, and had to serve their customers well :-) Unforgettable experience indeed. It was because I was right in front of the overhanding speaker, it was blasting directly into my right ear. The ear hurt badly in the end, but my phone liked it 😉 Also, maybe Kanami's MESA Boogie helped to accentuate her guitar a bit more and increased the level for her guitar.
Charismatic, super band, pure joy, excitement. I wish them global success, including dominion in the USA music scene, when the Covid curse is alleviated enough to allow continued live concerts.
Oh yes... And they are getting better year by year. Unseen World album is a nuclear blast. I'm listening to it almost non-stop, and only get more and more addicted to it. Viva BAND-MAID!
They do indeed give strength. They are one of the very few things in the world which are truly beautiful. And amidst all this chaos it's very important to see something beautiful...

This is probably my favorite fancam. I have watched it countless times. I absolutely love that Akane is so visible in this, she is always so hidden otherwise. Fingers crossed that you will manage to travel to the US in October Vladimir!

Yes! Kanami is truly amazing. She's quite mysterious, she's all inside her music, but as I was standing so close to her for two hours, I was immensely impressed with her personality.

After listening to Paris and Bochum, I was very curious about the Hamburg recordings, because standing near Kanami right in front of the local PA-speakers was a real challenge for the ears and the senses behind. As Vladimir already mentioned, the peaks were distorted, but you can believe me or not, when I finished the whole Hamburg stuff on my analogue cassette-recorder for my old car and listened to it again, the sound had changed in a wonderous way. I got a full bass, what I had expected, but the treble is sharp and clean now, maybe caused by a natural analogue filter. Result: it can be an advantage, to save some old gadgets. That doesnt mean, that I´m the retired guy, who is sitting in front of his record collection and beseeches the former times. The opposite is right. Fresh music keeps fresh. A huge "Thank You" to Vladimir !!!

The difference between hearing your uploads on the computer with my cheap headphones and the recorded version on the cassette on my stereo system down in the other room let me do the false conclusion. Great series of videos. It's good to see them changing things up on their set list on this leg of World Domination. They seem to be really enjoying the ride to the top. With the music scene being what it is, it's great to see Band Maid forging success on the stage through great performances and connecting with their fans.
Hey Vladimir, these 'up close' videos are great for seeing & hearing how the band really does, on stage...... Saiki is more relaxed than you see from far away & her revving of those in the front rows is quite a charm..... You also get to see Akane at work better, and appreciate how damn good she is..... Also because you are so close to Kanami, we are hearing how she wants to sound like, rather than what the engineer pumps through the P.A..... Her guitar sound is fuller and has more 'grunt' to it than what comes out of larger shows through the P.A. & on recordings. Kanami should sit at the console in future recordings and do what Jimmy Page did, produce the recordings to ensure her sound gets through on recordings.
Yes, Kanami's guitar is very prominent in this recording. You hear Saiki not so well, but on a decent level, I think. But Kanami's sound is just great here. And you can be sure there is no post-processing, autotuning or other crap.
@@VladimirChupin Oh no, this band IS a genuine band. If you were more central you would have captured more of Miku's guitar and MISA's bass.....They do it all on stage without background tracks. I find those PRS guitars are hard to get their full audio spectrum on recording and tend to sound compressed and even clipped.... But this footage has Kanami's PRS very full and loud. Giving that Mesa amp a good workout....
@@OzziePete1 I play Mesa/Boogie for nearly thirty years and it is a really good amp. A warm tone but much pressure and no defects until now. A friend of mine remarked once: "No matter, what guitar you plug in...it will always have this sound of Mesa.
People have to learn about them first! They are indeed the best rock band currently active, but people don't know who they are. We have to preach the gospel of BAND-MAID to all nations first! 😜
Vlad, one of these days you will have to tell your secret on how your sound is so good. You are on the guitar side of the stage and yet I can hear Misa and Miku clearly. The secret is very simple: Huawei P20 Pro :-) It has Leica camera inside, and it's pretty smart in figuring out what I'm photographing right now, be it a sunset, a food, a cat, or a concert. I read about their new model, Huawei P30 Pro, it has an even better camera. It has 3x optical zoom, and it can shoot two videos at once, with a wide-angle camera, and with telescopic lenses. I hope they kept the same good microphone or improved it further.
