One thing I don’t understand is Pinocchio is a kid a couple of seasons ago he was turned back into an adult. Wish Realm Pinocchio is also an adult.

@Robert McMurrer that's cause Gold turned pinocchio back into a adult in S4 at the end of Ep: 15 and in Ep: 16 Gold, Cruella, Ursula, and Maleficent wanted information about the author from august in order for them to get their happy endings!
