- BBQ Honey Chicken
Ingredients
Coating
• Boneless chicken 1 kg
• Plain flour 1 cup
• Eggs 2 + milk 1/4 cup, whisked together
• Corn flakes 4 cups, crushed
• Salt 1 tsp
• Black pepper powder to taste
• Paprika powder 2 tsp
• Garlic powder 3/4 tsp
Sauce
• BBQ sauce 3/4 cup
• Ketchup 1/2 cup
• Honey 1/4 cup
• Chili sauce to 1/4 cup or to taste
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C using upper and lower rods for 9 minutes.
Donuts
Ingredients
• Warm Milk 250 ml
• Sugar 2 tbsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Yeast 2 tsp
• Egg 1, at room temperature
• Butter 40 grams, at room temperature
• All-purpose flour 400 grams
• Oil for frying
• Sugar for coating
Hash Browns
Ingredients
• Potatoes 2 big
• Egg 1
• Corn flour 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• Onion powder 3/4 tsp
• Garlic powder 1/2 tsp

Naush jee apnay jo donuts ki recipe di ha us ma flour 400g ha that makes 1.75 cup, if I am not wrong. Putting all ingredients together it becomes a paste I had to add more flour, probably I put 3 cups, I thought recipe kharab ho gai ha laikin I gave it a try and it came out amazing, super soft, ap jaisa texture nahi aya laikin bohat mazay k banay hain, Jazak'Allah khair.
