This movie have successfully break the stereotype of old Ramayan. I am happy to see lot more variables of Ramayan in the future. If VFX was good, i would have appreciated this movie. I liked the concept and imagination.
They made this movie for laundering underworld money. Fact: Brahmastra they made for 410cr(great vfx but poor plot) Adipurush for 700cr ( poor vfx, narrative building storyline to make Ramayan a joke)..

To be very honest, Indian Muslims seem to have more shraddha and aastha in our Indian Itihaasas than Hindus themselves. This I say as a Sanatani. Else Shri Sanjay Khan sahab wouldn't have produced and directed the series of Jai Hanuman. It is a cult classic even now. I have bought the entire serial from Ultra around 7 - 8 years back.
I still remember Ramananad sagar Ramayan. A Muslim but after afternoon prayer we used watch with full interest never missed a episode while growing up. Loved the Epic series on DoorDarshan

I took my 7year old daughter to watch Adipurush. She had watched The legends of Hanuman before. Throughout the movie even she was convinced this is not how it happened. I dint have to explain. It's a video game of what could be world of Planet of Apes. Not Ramayan at all.

To test, I asked my 80 years old mother whether such dialogues are accepted in Ramayan. She sang a beautiful Bhajan in front of me to describe various incidents in Ramayan. And, she only studied std.4, said these dialogues are not suitable and will not be accepted by Hindus. So I understood that its really a mistake. Otherwise I was thinking what's wrong in it but it's really unacceptable with proper justification. When our ancestors beautifully described each and every piece of Ramayan with a lot of beautiful words, with a lot of research why to spoil that. I think it's a blunder that a great writer did not think of.
Aadipurush was not a Mistake it was a Deliberate attempt to misrepresent and defame Ramayan, actors writers directors and producers are going to pay a heavy price for this, wherever you see them in public you know what to do

I've literally watched Legend of Shri Ram animated movie countless times during my childhood n that was how I came to know what Ramayan actually was. That animated movie holds so many pure emotions, it was a delight to watch.

Sir you brought back the nostalgia. Janani main Ram doot Hanuman was my favourite that too in Udit Narayan's voice was so beautiful song. Another was by Sadhna Sargam Panchavati mann bhavan.
This is not even close to the ramayan which I used to see in my childhood, in dd national and the animated movie. They not only messed up which terrible cgi, but also with poor dialogues. This movie is like a school project, completed in last minute. This movie should not exist.

To test, I asked my 80 years old mother whether such dialogues are accepted in Ramayan. She sang a beautiful Bhajan in front of me to describe various incidents in Ramayan. And, she only studied std.4, said these dialogues are not suitable and will not be accepted by Hindus. So I understood that its really a mistake. Otherwise I was thinking what's wrong in it but it's really unacceptable with proper justification. When our ancestors beautifully described each and every piece of Ramayan with a lot of beautiful words, with a lot of research why to spoil that. I think it's a blunder that a great writer did not think of.
Aadipurush was not a Mistake it was a Deliberate attempt to misrepresent and defame Ramayan, actors writers directors and producers are going to pay a heavy price for this, wherever you see them in public you know what to do
Ramaayan is not about killing Raavan, it’s about the way lord Ram carried, behaved and how even his enemies joined him to stand for justice!!! Bollywood is just there to print money without a basic knowledge about a great epic, which every Indian irrespective of religion, knew!!!! Utter disappointment!!!!
